Hello, welcome to the Half PINNT page

Half PINNT team

The new Half PINNT team is now represented by Sharon Bell and Sarah Green.

Hi, my name is Sharon and I have a son called Samuel who has been on TPN since his birth in 1998; he also has a gastrostomy and an ileostomy. My husband’s name is Marty, and I also have a son called Martin, born in 1993. We live in Scotland.

I am so eager to spread the word about PINNT and let families know they are not alone. To make this happen will take more than just my work – it will involve every family that has a child on artificial feeding sharing their stories and support.

Hi, I’m Sarah and I have a son called Daniel, who has had a jejunostomy since he was 2 months old. Before this he had a gastrostomy from his birth in 1996. I also have 2 other children, Zoë, born in 1994 and Jamie born in 2000. We live in Greenhithe, Kent. I am also the Membership Secretary for PINNT and I feel I would like to give back to PINNT that support I had and still have with Daniel on artificial feeding.

Hi, I’m Lia from Tadley in Hampshire. I occasionally write articles for Online magazine and also work very closely with ‘Drippy Bear’ to produce the Kids’ Zone supplements for Half-PINNT. My eight year old son, Lucas, was born with Gastroschisis, and has been TPN-fed since birth, as well as the occasional gastrostomy and button! It’s been a long and rocky road, and PINNT has been a brilliant resource and reassurance, so I’m more than happy to give a bit back by helping out with Half-PINNT. So get your kids writing in – it helps them to know they are not alone!
